Our Story
Chris and Jacob met at their kids' elementary school Career Day, paired up at the same table because of their shared passion for building electronics. Years later, as dads watching the rise of smartphone addiction, they teamed up to engineer a solution. Out of that partnership, bpad was born.
Our Mission
To rescue playtime. We built a motion+touch based, 3D Haptic feedback alternative that give kids the tactile thrill of gaming without the internet, algorithms, or endless scrolling.
How We Started
Building from the ground up. What started as late nights with breadboards, hand-soldered chips, and 3D prints, grew into a complete reimagining of play. We spent years custom-engineering our own haptics, motion sensors, audio, graphics and standalone OS from scratch. Built by dads determined to give kids better technology, not just more screen time.
